Returns & Exchanges

At GLAMTANZ, we pride ourselves on our quality and customer service, which ensures your GLAMTANZ shopping experience is a great one. 

While we're sure you'll love what you've ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts.

To make a return or exchange, just follow the instructions below:

  1. Simply send an email to sales@glamtanz.com.au to notify us of your enquiry.
  2. Send your item back to us with 14 days of your delivery/purchase via a tracked service. (the return postage cost is your responsibility)
  3. We will notify you once your item has been received and process your exchange, credit or refund (we are happy to cover the cost of postage for the exchanged item once the initial item has been returned)

 Standard Return Policy:

 Our return policy is valid for 14 days from purchase and cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless items are declared faulty. If you are choosing to exchange an item for a different style or colour, the return postage of the initial item is your responsibility. However, we are happy to cover the cost of postage for the new item once the initial item has been returned. As we cannot take any liability for the loss or damage during return transit we suggest you send via registered post. By all means, try things on but just don't wear them out if you plan on returning them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If we think that an item has been worn, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Extended Returns/Exchange:

To make the festive season easier we have extended our returns/exchange policy.

All purchases from 1st December to 31st December (inclusive) can be returned up to and including 31st January. All purchases made after January 31st revert to our standard returns policy.

Please contact us at sales@glamtanz.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the goods to arrange a return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@glamtanz.com.au
